This action-comedy blockbuster, which has been entertaining audiences in theaters since its release on April 11, is now set to stream on Amazon Prime Video from May 9.

Avesham, directed by Jeetu Madhavan, has achieved tremendous success at the box office. According to Sacknilk, by the 26th day, the film continued its strong performance and has grossed ₹1.10 crore. Its total collection currently stands at an astonishing ₹146.9 crore worldwide, of which ₹93.9 crore comes from India and ₹53 crore from overseas markets. This is a significant return on the film’s estimated ₹30 crore budget.

In a previous interview with Manorama Online, Fahadh Faasil himself had expressed his excitement about playing this unique role. “I haven’t explored characters like this before,” he said. “My character is loud and boisterous, unlike anything I have ever played before. Also, I speak a mix of Kannada and Malayalam in the film!”
While Fahadh Faasil had previously emphasized on a theatrical experience for Awesham, its arrival on OTT allows a wider audience to enjoy this entertaining film.
